BA (Hons) Global Business Top Up offers a comprehensive introduction to the business world by considering how business operates and is successful locally and globally. Modules
Developing Business Skills
The aim of this module is to ensure you have a clear understanding of the requirements of the final year of undergraduate study, and provide you with a range of skills that will enable you to navigate your programme of study with the greatest chance of success.
Business Research Methods
This module gives you the methods and a methodology for undertaking a piece of research in the business or management field. Honing your academic research capabilities in preparation for your final major project will also provide a lifelong skill.
International Business Strategy
This module aims to provide you with an understanding of the challenges of international business and of the strategic issues facing businesses.
International Marketing Strategy
You are introduced to the various aspects of international marketing with the principal objective of developing the skills to identify, analyse and solve problems encountered in the development of international marketing strategies.
Work-based Project
We will encourage you to apply for a workplace project which is relevant to your studies and, if possible, match your career aspirations.
International Human Resource Management
This module provides you with an overview of Human Resource Management and how you can apply the key concepts in your own work contexts and the contingencies affecting it. You will be equipped with a critical understanding of the key human resource management processes, including the recruitment and selection of staff, their training and development, and the ways in which their performance can be assessed and rewarded.
International Investment Analysis
You will identify the opportunities and risks arising from foreign market exposure of companies. You will be introduced to a number of theoretical concepts and analytical tools to enable you to make an informed decision about an investment in a foreign business venture. You will also explore the issues, risks and uncertainties with which international business managers struggle.

Entry Requirements
- BTS, DUT, CPGE, 2nd year of university graduates – The equivalent of 120 ECTS.
- Students with a good level in English: a minimum TOEIC score of 650 or the grade of 13/20at the BTS ou DUT English exam.
